Saint Don Bosco

Standard

don-bosco-magJanuary 31 is the feast day of Saint John “Don” Bosco is the founder of the  Society of Saint Francis de Sales, more commonly known as the Salesian’s, and the best way to describe the focus of this Saint is to direct people to the website of his Society for the Salesian Missions. Clicking the book cover will link to  their website and a place to download the magazine issue that describes John Bosco’s life and mission. The Salesian Mission website also describes the work the Salesian Society does on the behalf of disadvantaged youth around the world today. It gives a much clearer description of the Saint than any this blogger could ever write. Their site is well worth the visit, please check it out.
